The Dong Nai river is the big river which separates District 9 Ho Chi Minh City, with the rural area of Dong Nai province. Next to the Long Thanh bridge the client has a beautiful piece of land, facing the the river.
With the big size of land and neighboring green area, this property has a lot of privacy. This is also one of the reasons the client fell in love with our open concept plan. All the rooms are towards the river and due to the unique shape of the building, there is plenty of privacy between the rooms.
A driveway towards the entrance of this weekend retreat is shaped around a water pound. When entering the open plan living room the view is directed towards the river. The living room has on both side sliding folding glass panels, to open up completely.
The solar panels on the roof provide enough energy to keep this villa off the electric grid. Due to the cantilever design, the sun will stay outside and will not natural heat up the living- or bedrooms.
