For an unique piece of land, an unique design solution is needed. To get this unique design solution, the client approached Orange Design studio. The client got a wonderful piece of land at the Buon Triet lake. This natural lake, surrounded with mountains was their dream location for a weekend retreat. To follow their needs a 2 bedrooms and an open plan living room on a 100sqm. was create and blended in the mountain.
Orange Design studio have approached the design to visual connect each room with the nature and let the building almost disappear in the mountain hill.
With the use of the locally sourced natural stone, the façade becomes one with nature and a green roof makes this surface an extension of the surrounding. The glass what is used, is reflective to mirror the surrounding in the building.
When entering the building the V shaped living room gives a 180 degree view over the lake. The wooden deck is an extension of the living room and give the best observation deck view of the Buon Triet lake.
