FLC’s first luxury golf resort was created along the beautiful coast of Quy Nho’n in the center of Vietnam. A long wave hotel building was created to accommodate 900 keys and all the facilities.
The property has a 36 hole golf course, which was designed by Schmidt-Curley golf design. Around this golf course 101 unique villas are located. Single story villas are created at the coast line, with a variation of two bedroom, three bedroom or five bedroom configurations. In the more higher located areas, viewing over the golf course, double story villas are created with three bedrooms.
The beach front villas are all single stories and the roof is shaped with curves and covered with green. This to blend in with all the greens of the golf course. Also the top of these villas are all visible from the golf course, so this 5th façade (roof) was important in the design. Next to the aesthetics it will also prevent to heat up the roof during the sunny days in Quy Nho’n.
The spacious bedrooms have their beds in a sunken area. To be aligned with the surrounding and the pool in front. The TV is elegant designed in bench, which can fold open and close. When closed you will have an undisturbed view of the beach, when waking up in this property.
