The meaning of Ba Ho is three lakes. This is a famous tourist destination near Nha Trang city, in the center of Vietnam. In this natural reserve, tourist comes to take a dip into the “Ba Ho”, to cool down from the famous beaches of Nha Trang. The lakes are located inside a beautiful forest and have plenty of waterfalls. The beginning of the trail to the Ba Ho, is dedicated to this Ba Ho resort.
The Ba Ho resort is designed to blend into the nature, the structure of the facilities like the entrance gate, restaurant and reception are build from locally sourced wood, finished with a green grass roof.
The structure of the bungalows were already existing. But Orange Design studio, managed to optimize the room layout and added all locally sources materials to prevent any big impact on the nature. This is visible in the local wood materials, natural stones which are used in the bathrooms and also green grass roofs.
There are different trails to the Ba Ho, one for the visitor, which will go direct to the waterfalls and one for the guest who are staying in the resort. This to give an exclusivity and as well privacy for the people who are staying in the resort.
