An unique plot of land was purchased by the client, in the heart of the poplar Thao Dien area. The land is surrounded by 3 multi-story houses and a small alley which connects the road with the entrance of the house. But the reason to purchase this land was the connection with the small river at the back of the house.
The client needed a house which was connected with nature and didn’t give the feeling, that it was built between 3 higher houses in a crowed city. Orange Design studio managed to create this unique architecture into the dense built neighborhood and connect it with nature.
To connect to the nature we have created multiple open and enclosed courtyards. To give the spacious feeling throughout the house, each room is facing multiple directions to outside. Also with creating split level bedrooms, connected to the corridor with sky lights. It’s giving the residents the feeling they are not living in the dense Thao Dien area.
