A wonderful 5Ha piece of land is located next to the Grand Strip Ho Tram. Also known as the new Intercontinental and Holiday Inn. Before Lodgis bought this land and brought in Fusion as operator, this project was designed under the name Kahuna. Kahuna stands for Mexican wave. Which is coming back in the overall design of the condotel and villas.
In the condotel 164 units are located and in the garden and at the beach front an other 44 villas belong to this property. All the villas have their own Kahuna shaped pool in the private garden and have directly access to the public garden or beach. In front a two story beach bar is created with an entertainment areas for the kids and an ocean facing gym.
The sandy colors with fresh green and blue accents is representing the Fusion style. the design of Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion is done by the principle of Orange Design studio, who worked on this project at that moment as Design Manger of Ko-rn Architects.
